January 5, 6, 7, 8
February 2, 3, 4, 5, 23, 24, 25, 26
March 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31
April 1
• MUST have an active Fluoroscope permit
• 100% adult, with 25% trauma.
• 6 patients per day

REQUIRED:
• CA state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified in Vascular Surgery
• DEA
