Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in FL.

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days





Key Responsibilities:



Provide call coverage for vascular surgery cases.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the EMR system.

Comply with all facility and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Physician with board certification in Vascular Surgery.

Preferred fellowship in Vascular Surgery.

Active medical license in the state of Florida.

ACLS and BLS certifications.

Ability to obtain temporary privileges if required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
