Job Title: Locum Physician Surgery - Vascular
Location: Delray Beach , Boca Raton, FL

Practice Setting: Inpatient
Board Status: Certified
Coverage Type: Call Only
Key Responsibilities:
Call Coverage: Provide on-call coverage for vascular surgery cases in our inpatient setting.
Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide expert medical care to patients with vascular conditions.
Surgical Procedures: Perform vascular surgical procedures, including but not limited to endovascular interventions, open surgery, and angioplasty.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Documentation: Utilize the Cerner EMR system to accurately and promptly document patient encounters and treatment plans.
Education: Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding vascular conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, guidelines, and hospital policies to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board-certified in Vascular Surgery.
Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
Demonstrated experience in vascular surgery procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems.
