DESCRIPTION:
· Special procedures: Hybrid room and dedicated Angio suites. Full service Vascular diagnostic lab with registered Vascular techs.
· 22 patients per day
· Adult and Geriatric
· EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED:
· WV state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified Vascular Surgery
· ACLS, ATLS, BLS, DEA
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience

COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided as well as travel and housing.

SCHEDULE:
· 8:00a-4:30 M-F with night call, 2-3, 24-hour weekend call per month
