Remote covers all locations- on site will be hazard or highlands

1. Is MQSA certification required? Yes
2. What types of studies will the radiologist perform—screening, diagnostic, or both? Both
3. Are procedures required (e.g., breast biopsy, stereotactic, ultrasound-guided)? Yes all if on site
4. Is 3D tomosynthesis utilized? Yes
5. What imaging modalities will the radiologist be reading? This position is diagnostic only
6. Do you have a breakdown of volumes by modality? Ave 240 diagnostics a month across the system
7. What PACS system is in use? Change Healthcare (McKesson)
8. What EMR system does the facility use? Meditech

1. What are the typical working hours for this role? 8 am 5 pm
2. Would the facility consider splitting the schedule between two providers to create a full-time equivalent? yes
3. How quickly can credentialing be completed for this position? 60 days est
4. Is the facility open to considering providers who require new state licensure? Yes
