Rad Mammo Opportunity in Maryland - FT hours available

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Breast Imaging Radiologist for a full-time locum tenens assignment beginning March 2026.

Specialty: Breast Imaging
Start Date: March 2026
Contract Length: 6 Months
Practice Setting: Hospital
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch)
Coverage Type: Full-Time
Travel: Full travel paid

Clinical Responsibilities
Interpret 26–28 diagnostic cases per day
Practice includes a heavy volume of Breast MRI
Perform breast procedures with dedicated support staff

Support & Staffing
Medical Assistants assisting with procedures
Coordinators managing scheduling
Two mammography technologists per machine
On-site ultrasound technologist to support breast ultrasound cases

Requirements
Board Certification (Required)
Active State Medical License (Required)
IMLC candidates may be considered
DEA (Required)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (Required)

Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Licensing
Willing to license: No (IMLC may be considered if applicable)
