Practice Setting: Hospital and outpatient locations
Average Number of Cases Per Day: variable
Annual ER Volume: 120 pts day
Documentation System/EMR: Epic/PowerScribe/PACS
Number of Radiologists in Practice: 8 on team -2 leaving =6 total after Feb
Description of Support Staff: Full Compliment
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days with completion on apps

Required Procedures:
Stereotactic biopsies
Breast ultrasound biopsies
Breast localization procedures
Mammo and ultrasound guided biopsies

• No call or Weekends
• Hosp and outpatient locations
• Permanent conversion available
