  1. How do I do a bulk upload?
    We created a job upload template for you to download, and you can place your jobs in here. Once the template is all filled out, please send the file as a .CSV and submit to customerservice@locumtenens.com.
  2. What do I need to include in the file?
    Take a look at our job upload guide that we created to make bulk uploading easy - Job Upload Field Rules. If you have any additional questions please contact customerservice@locumtenens.com.
  3. If some of my jobs close will I need to send another file?
    We process the bulk uploads every Friday, so you can send us an updated file every week and we will remove the closed jobs and add the new ones in.
  4. What specialties and titles do you accept?
    Please check the job upload template and review the ‘Specialty’ and ‘Discipline’ tabs for the specialties and titles that we accept on our job board.
  5. How soon will my jobs appear?
    We process the bulk uploads every Friday. We will email you a receipt of all the jobs postings once they are uploaded.
  6. How much do bulk uploads cost?
    It is free to register and free to post jobs. You can post unlimited jobs. If you want to post 50 or more jobs, we also have a free upload program, which allows you to upload your jobs quickly and easily. Contact customerservice@locumtenens.com for assistance with your job upload.
  7. Do I have to fill out all the fields?
    No, the only fields required are Job Headline, Job Description, Provider Title, Specialties, Board Certification, On Call, Type of assignment, and Location.
