How will I be told when I need to start submitting my time online?

The new online timesheet process rolled out in January 2019. When it’s time for you to start submitting time online, you will receive an email with directions the week before launch, detailing how to create an account and submit your time online. If you have any questions or need assistance, your recruiter or your recruiter’s team coordinator will be able to assist you.

Why did LocumTenens.com move to online timesheets?

In an effort to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our pay/billing processes and to meet the needs of our customers, we’ve made the decision to take our timesheets online.

Will my expense submission process change?

No, the process for submitting expenses will not change. You will continue to email them to your recruiter and/or your recruiter’s team coordinator.

Are the due dates changing?

Yes, the timesheets will now be due by 2PM EST on Mondays in order to be included on the following Friday’s payroll.

Can I email my time or submit it on paper and have you enter it for me?

Unfortunately, after we have successfully launched our new timesheet process, we will not be able to enter time on behalf of our clinicians. However, our new online system is easy to use and provides a simpler, more efficient way of submitting timesheets.

What is the “SSN/SIN” field in the registration process

PeopleNet will require the last four of your SSN or SIN. SSN stands for Social Security Number. SIN is the same as the EIN (Employee Identification Number): a unique nine-digit number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to business entities operating in the United States for the purposes of identification.

I need to change my timecard but my timecard has already been submitted and approved by the facility.
