CVO paperwork

The credentials of each healthcare provider are processed and reviewed by LocumTenens.com CVO, a NCQA-Certified Credentials Verification Organization. As soon as your new assignment is confirmed, your Recruiter will invite you to complete an online credentialing application through your LT Online Experience.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your CV in lieu of a completed application. Your completed file is approved for three years and will be used to pre-populate hospital privileging forms. Call us with your questions at 866.619.1624. Documents can be faxed to 866.619.1625 or uploaded into your LT Online Experience.
