LocumTenens.com Launches New Clinical Operations Division

Alpharetta, Ga., January 4th, 2024 – The rapidly evolving healthcare staffing landscape requires more than placing clinicians into open roles; it requires a sophisticated workforce planning strategy, supported by the tools and technologies needed by healthcare systems to deliver optimal staffing solutions for patient care. With that in mind, LocumTenens.com has created a Clinical Operations Division, headed by Pamela Ograbisz, DNP, FNP-BC. The role will oversee telehealth, workforce planning technologies, and government relations and advocacy when concerning telehealth and advanced practice providers. This segment will also be responsible for the expansion of innovative models to provide flexible and efficient staffing strategies. Pam is not only experienced in critical care and internal medicine but is also a veteran telehealth clinical leader who has been practicing in the space for over 20 years and has been with the company since 2018.

“The implementation of this new division will allow us to harness creative and valuable perspectives regarding clinical workflows and staffing options,” said Ograbisz. “With this new team, we will respond to crucial industry changes and adapt our practices in order to best serve our patients and communities while providing safe and effective care models for our clients and the patients they serve.”

In addition to serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations for LocumTenens.com, Dr. Ograbisz leads LT Telehealth. She is responsible for the oversight and direction of all telehealth initiatives and all Advanced Practice Provider workforce solutions. Her clinical expertise comes from her experience as a nurse practitioner specializing in cardiothoracic (CT) surgery and internal medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from George Mason University, where she was selected as a Mason Scholar. Her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner was obtained at Old Dominion University, and her Doctoral degree was conferred by Augusta University/Medical College of Georgia.
