Kristina joined LocumTenens.com in 2019 after graduating with a bachelor degree in psychology with a minor in human services delivery and administration from the University of North Georgia. Her background in psychology allows her to understand the roles, areas of expertise, and specific duties for behavioral health clinicians when sourcing these candidates for specific positions. She has worked as an account representative/recruiter for the Behavioral Health team for two and a half years, and as an account executive/recruiter for psychology, LCSWs, and therapists for four years. Currently, at LocumTenens.com, she serves as a production manager/recruiter for psychology, LCSWs, and therapists. In this role, she recruits for 10 states within the US, manages a team of behavioral health recruiters, and provides customer service to clients in need.
