Alison Sawyer
Vice President of Strategy & Innovation
Alison has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare with a career that spans many sectors of the industry including provider, payer, PBM, consulting and staffing. Since joining LocumTenens.com in 2019, she has overseen the successful execution of major corporate initiatives and currently leads LT’s corporate strategy, innovation and customer experience functions. She has a passion for driving business transformation through deep customer understanding and new product innovation and most enjoys leading customer research, facilitation, workshopping, and leading insights-driven innovation.
Alison received her bachelor’s degree, Masters of Health Administration, and Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and three children, Fitz, Charlotte and Sloane.
