Rod Bates joined LocumTenens.com in 2026 as Vice President of Data. Rod is responsible for leading data, analytics, and AI initiatives to create business value. He has over 25 years of experience in these fields across a wide variety of industry verticals. Rod particularly enjoys building, developing, and leading his teams to achieve their shared and individual goals. Rod received his B.S and M.S. in Mathematics from Ole Miss and his M.S. in Business Statistics from the University of Tennessee. He resides in Atlanta with his wife Mingshu and they enjoy frequent visits with daughter Katie and son-in-law Eli.
