Credentialing Requirements for Foreign Medical Graduates
- Legible copy of medical degree, with translation (if possible)
- Legible copies of all other training certificates, certifications, and licenses
- Documentation via CV of all work history (including month/year) and explanations for any gaps in time greater than 30 days
- Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate OR certificate showing completion of a Fifth-Pathway program
- Possess current Permanent Residence status (ie: 'green card')
